Welcome to the 21-Day Wellness Challenge! It is so important to move through your health journey feeling in control of your mental health as well as your physical health. During this challenge, we’ll approach your health from a holistic stance where we will focus on your mind, movement, and nutrition. You’ll spend 21 days reconnecting with yourself and building habits that you’re excited to have that fit seamlessly into your days.
Throughout this challenge, it’s important to keep in mind that this is about building lasting habits, not a quick fix. That means that you will choose goals tailored to what works for YOU. Working out five days a week doesn’t feel realistic? That’s okay let’s find what does feel attainable! Does cooking each meal at home seem too overwhelming? Let’s figure out if meal prepping would feel attainable or chat about what healthy options are when you go out to eat. Building healthy habits shouldn’t seem impossible- you can do this!
